Congratulations to Kendall Hennings who is being honored by the Illinois Principals Association for her leadership at North School!
The nomination for Kendall stated:
When choosing a student that stands out for leadership, no matter who you ask at our school, the answer would be the same: Kendall Hennings. Kendall displays such a unique and mature leadership style; she leads others with love and kindness. She is thoughtful with her words and actions and ensures that students are included and valued. She does not have to tell others what to do, instead they follow her by her actions. She constantly displays qualities of an outstanding leader, which inspires students to follow in her example. She is a humble leader, never asking for credit or recognition of her positive choices. She truly is an inspiration to all!
